Great video! I am actually a big fan of the Ian knot "the world's fastest shoelace knot" (http://www.fieggen.com/shoelace/ianknotvideo.htm ). I used it for a couple of days and found it vastly superior to my standard knot, but habit crept back in. This gives me another push to work on my shoelace tying skills.
